We turn candidate loci into assays: qPCR primers and SNP-genotyping probes with AnoPrimer, then multiplex amplicon panels with multiply. Finally, we run AmpSeeker on Ag-vampIR data from Siaya and test whether the markers predict survival after deltamethrin exposure.
